About the role
The ARM Group of Companies is looking for a professional and well‑presented Receptionist to be the first point of contact at its DHA Phase‑7 office in Karachi. This permanent, onsite role involves managing front‑desk activities, supporting staff with administrative tasks, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage front‑desk operations, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for internal staff and external guests, optimizing calendar usage.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services accurately and promptly.
- Assist with basic office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a reception or front‑desk role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
- Professional attitude and presentable appearance.
- Resides in or near DHA Phase‑7, Karachi.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Google Workspace.
