About the role
We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join Ha Meem Library in Lahore. This full‑time, on‑site position supports visitors, members and staff in a quiet co‑working environment, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and library users.
- Answer and direct phone inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and manage mail/packages.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing and record keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Required profile
- Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software is a plus.
