About the role
Institute Cosmetique is hiring a friendly, professional and customer-focused Receptionist. The role welcomes patients and visitors, manages appointments and front desk operations, and keeps the clinic running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Manage appointments, calls and front desk operations
- Answer customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Maintain patient records and update appointment schedules
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments
- Keep the reception area clean, organised and presentable
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare, skincare or aesthetics preferred
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling software
- Strong organisation and multitasking abilities
