Recruitment and Operations Assistant

About the role

Workstaff360 is looking for a Recruitment and Operations Assistant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities for its growing client base while supporting daily operational tasks. The role is fully remote, works US Eastern Time hours, and requires a permanent night‑shift schedule from Pakistan.

Key responsibilities

• Post open positions through the Applicant Tracking System using approved job descriptions.
• Screen inbound applications against a defined scorecard and advance qualified candidates.
• Conduct first‑round video interviews to assess communication, experience, and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and scheduling coordination.
• Deliver a professional, responsive candidate experience from application to decision.
• Support day‑to‑day operations tasks such as documentation, tracking, and cross‑team coordination.
• Help maintain internal process documentation, checklists, and light reporting on hiring pipeline status.
• Proactively flag issues or bottlenecks in the recruitment process.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Bilingual‑level English proficiency, spoken and written.
• Based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and able to work reliably from that location.
• Willingness to work the EST‑aligned night shift (Monday‑Friday).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a candidate queue with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – any platform.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Zoom for video interviews.
• Slack and WhatsApp for internal communication.
