Recruitment Assistant – Entry Level HR Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our recruitment team in attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Assist in drafting offer letters and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Previous administrative or HR support experience is an asset.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
