Recruitment Caller (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote Recruitment Caller role speaks with candidates by phone to help them reach recruiters. Calls cover new applications, candidate searches and recruiter requests, explaining open roles, checking interest and arranging interviews. A recruiting team lead sets priorities and supports questions that need guidance. The pay is a monthly base salary of PKR 62,720 to 145,770 plus bonus opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Find candidates through job boards, professional networks and an applicant tracking system such as Lever, and organise the calling list by recruiter priorities.
• Call applicants and candidates through a business phone system such as JustCall, introducing yourself and explaining the purpose of the call.
• Explain the role using approved recruiter notes, ask basic screening questions about interest, availability and fit, and write clear answers.
• Build a shortlist according to the recruiter's requirements and share suitable candidates with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Keep candidates informed at each stage, return requested calls and follow up on unfinished steps.
• Book recruiter interviews using a scheduling tool such as Calendly, check the date and time, and send reminders; contact candidates after missed interviews and arrange another booking if they remain interested.
• Answer simple process questions with approved information and forward questions outside your guidance to the team lead.
• Update candidate notes after every conversation, mark incorrect numbers, duplicates and withdrawals, and keep candidate information private and accurate.
• Share daily call counts, booked interviews and outstanding follow-ups, and meet quality standards through accurate notes, polite calls and steady daily call activity.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are generally with candidates and teams in the United States.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• No recruiting experience required; related phone, customer service, scheduling or administrative experience is preferred.
• A calm, friendly phone voice and willingness to explain the same process clearly to different candidates.
• Willingness to learn the named candidate tracking, calling and scheduling tools through guided practice and feedback.
• Basic understanding of how applications, screening calls, shortlists and recruiter interviews connect in a recruitment process.
• Ability to write short call notes separating candidate answers from questions needing a recruiter's review, and care when checking names, interview dates and calendar entries.
• Respect for candidate privacy and comfort following approved call questions, message outlines and instructions.
