Regional Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Digital Marketing Associate to lead multi‑channel digital campaigns across the AMEA territory. The role will combine performance marketing, social media management, and data‑driven optimisation to support growers and B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and launch organic and paid digital campaigns tailored to local grower and B2B segments.
• Set up, optimise and guide country teams on Google Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, including audience signals and bidding structures.
• Oversee regional social publishing, community engagement and brand reputation monitoring using Emplifi.
• Co‑create CRM‑driven lead‑lifecycle journeys with appropriate channel mixes leveraging Syngenta MarTech tools.
• Extract data and produce regional performance reports with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track traffic, behaviour and attribution.
• Integrate generative AI tools to accelerate workflow efficiency and localise asset production at scale.
• Ensure all digital content complies with Syngenta’s Global Code of Conduct and local advertising regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of progressive digital marketing or campaign management experience, preferably across multiple countries.
• Fluent professional English and ability to work with stakeholders across different time zones.
• Remote work setup based in Pakistan with reliable high‑speed internet.
