About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager/Campus Head to oversee operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure consistent performance across campuses. The role requires a strategic leader with strong ability to manage diverse teams and foster a productive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional campuses ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and efficiency across campuses.
• Oversee daily campus operations, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with policies.
• Monitor financial performance and develop budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
• Foster a culture of excellence and innovation by promoting professional development and team collaboration.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including educational institutions and community organizations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing diverse teams within an educational or organizational setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills capable of building relationships and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable plans to improve outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability in budget management and financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred, with 6–10 years of relevant management experience.
