Regional Manager

About the role

Axiom Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and expand its pharmaceutical sales operations across Faisalabad and surrounding territories. The role involves driving market penetration, managing a sales team, and achieving growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, motivate, coach, and develop the regional sales team.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
• Drive product growth, market penetration, and business development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with a reputable pharmaceutical company in a senior sales, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of the Faisalabad pharmaceutical market and surrounding territories.
• Experience working with medical consultants, healthcare professionals, and building professional relationships with doctors, KOLs, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Proven track record of achieving pharmaceutical sales targets and managing sales teams.
• Understanding of territory management, doctor coverage, product promotion, market development, and business growth.
• Relevant therapeutic experience in neurology, neuropsychiatry, neuroscience/CNS, neurosurgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatrics, nutraceuticals, or related areas is preferred.
