Regional Manager – Service Center Operations

About the role

The Regional Manager – Service Center Operations will lead the launch, expansion and day‑to‑day management of PakWheels Service Centers in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and surrounding areas. The role focuses on operational excellence, retail sales growth, profitability and customer satisfaction while aligning projects with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch and expand Service Centers across the assigned territories.
• Own project delivery by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, train and develop Service Center teams.
• Develop and manage supply‑chain operations, including vendor and supplier relationships.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and business partners.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality.
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth and profitability.
• Create site‑wise business plans and identify retail expansion opportunities.
• Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis and business research.
• Monitor sales performance, margins, KPIs and team productivity.
• Maintain customer service excellence and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare operational reports, business reviews and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in retail operations, service industry, automotive services or lubricants/oil marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail business development, network expansion and operational management.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with lubricating‑oil marketing or automotive service businesses is a strong advantage.
