Regional Sales Manager – South

About the role

Hayat, a leading FMCG company, is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager for its South region. You will drive sales performance, lead high‑performing teams, and strengthen distributor partnerships to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop Area Sales Managers and their teams.
• Monitor performance, market trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure volume, distribution, visibility, and market‑share goals are met.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and key partners.
• Conduct regular business reviews and provide strategic direction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for alignment of objectives.
• Drive execution across General Trade, Wholesale, and Modern Trade channels.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations for growth.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and HSE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 10–12 years of progressive FMCG sales experience, including regional leadership.
• Strong experience in distributor management, sales strategy and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of FMCG market dynamics and channel management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced English communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with sales reporting tools.
