About the role

Riphah International University is seeking an experienced Registrar to lead its student registration, records, and examination processes. The role ensures compliance with HEC and other regulatory bodies while managing academic calendars, convocations, and degree certifications. The Registrar will collaborate with senior academic leaders and mentor office staff to maintain high performance and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee student registration, records and examination processes.
• Ensure compliance with HEC and other regulatory bodies.
• Manage academic calendars, convocations, and degree certifications.
• Collaborate with Deans, Directors and Academic Heads on curriculum implementation.
• Lead and mentor staff within the Registrar's Office, ensuring high performance and professional growth.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Education Administration/Management (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Higher Education sector.
• At least 5 years' experience as Registrar in an HEC‑recognized university/institution (preferred).
• Knowledge of academic audits, institutional performance evaluation and QS ranking standards will be an advantage.
