Regulatory Compliance Specialist – Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will help ensure that our client’s operations adhere to relevant regulations and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts and legal agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory guidance to inform recommendations.
• Prepare memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain organized legal documentation and ensure accessibility for audits or reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory frameworks, and legal compliance.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
