Regulatory Compliance Specialist - Legal (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring compliance with regulations and managing contractual obligations for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to inform recommendations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate business risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
