About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to provide legal support on a contract basis. The remote position involves ensuring that contracts and business processes comply with applicable regulations while supporting high‑impact projects for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to guarantee accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research on case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to deliver informed recommendations.
• Prepare legal memoranda, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain legal documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility for audits or reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate operational risks.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal compliance, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote environment.
