Regulatory Paralegal Content Analyst (Remote, Asia)

About the role

Cybernetic Controls Limited is looking for a motivated law graduate or newly qualified paralegal to join its remote‑first team. You will work at the intersection of legal source material and machine‑learning pipelines, ensuring regulatory content is accurately captured and classified.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review changes to EU and UK financial services regulations, exchange rulebooks and CCP rulebooks, assessing impact and timing.
• Validate machine‑learning topic models, flag misclassifications and provide structured feedback for model improvement.
• Compare integrated rulebooks against original sources to confirm structural integrity, reporting gaps or extraction errors.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and enhance data controls.
• Respond to client demand for new regulatory data, reviewing development requirements and supporting software engineering.

Required profile

• A law degree, paralegal qualification, or equivalent legal training.
• Exposure to financial services regulation, RegTech or a compliance environment through study, internship or work experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and disciplined adherence to structured review processes.
• Clear written communication skills for documenting review notes and feedback.
