Remote Accountant for Multi-Company Group

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Accountant to support the financial operations of several entities within our diversified group. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with teams across law, media, travel, and e‑commerce businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations for multiple companies.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide timely financial updates.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of accounting experience (strong candidates with less may be considered).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and time‑management.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems.
