About the role

We are seeking a contract Accountant with solid US GAAP experience to support a global software development leader. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while handling the financial integrity of high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist with federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial planning and analysis.

Required profile

Proven experience with month‑end close and reconciliation tasks.
Strong knowledge of US tax compliance for corporate entities.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
