About the role
We are seeking a contract Accountant with solid US GAAP experience to support a global software development leader. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while handling core financial processes for US‑based entities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with US GAAP.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Assist with federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on financial planning and analysis.
Required profile
- Proven experience with US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in month‑end close and reconciliation tasks.
- Strong knowledge of US tax compliance for corporate entities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
