Remote Airbnb Associate (Virtual Assistant)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Airbnb Associate to act as a virtual assistant for our short‑term rental portfolio. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling communication, bookings, and ensuring a seamless stay experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests before, during, and after their stay via email, chat, and phone.
• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications using property management software.
• Coordinate check‑ins/check‑outs and liaise with cleaning and maintenance teams.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on multiple platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular performance reports.
• Ensure high‑quality guest experience through timely communication and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• 2‑3 years of experience in Airbnb, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week with flexibility during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com platforms.
• Experience using email and chat communication tools.
