Remote Amazon Store Manager – Full‑time

About the role

The Amazon Store Manager will lead and oversee the performance and growth of an Amazon store operating remotely. You will manage a team of e‑commerce professionals, drive sales, ensure account health, and implement data‑driven strategies to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Amazon store and monitor performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, Buy Box percentage, and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, market share, and overall store health while ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
• Identify growth opportunities through product expansion, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock‑outs or overstocking, and address listing health issues.
• Guide Listing Specialists in keyword research, SEO, and optimization of titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, and A+ Content.
• Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, analyze ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyze data trends, and recommend actionable improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑commerce or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon stores via Seller Central.
• Proven experience leading a team of e‑commerce professionals.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic actions.
