About the role

We are looking for an organized and driven professional to join our recruitment operations team as a Remote Applicant Screening Coordinator. In this full‑time remote position you will manage high‑volume candidate outreach, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews for various remote positions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and pre‑screen large volumes of applicants daily.
• Conduct introductory phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams and applicants.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring notes.
• Utilize CRM and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and daily screening targets.
• Support recruitment campaigns and sourcing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using recruitment software, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
• Prior recruiting, administrative, customer service, or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
