Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

Forge, a professional services firm serving UAE accounting firms, is looking for a full‑time remote Appointment Setter. You will schedule client and prospect meetings, generate and qualify leads, and keep communication channels open with potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects.
• Manage calendars and accurately capture client information.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless hand‑off of qualified leads.
• Qualify leads and maintain regular follow‑up communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment‑scheduling software is a plus.
• Previous experience in accounting or professional services is advantageous.

What we offer

• First month base salary of 30,000 PKR.
• From the second month, 60,000 PKR base salary plus 5,000 PKR commission per contract.
• 7‑day paid training period (1,000 PKR per day).
• Remote work with working hours 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM PKT, Monday to Saturday.
