Remote Appointment Setter

About the role

This is a full‑time remote position focused on scheduling sales meetings between qualified leads and our sales consultants via online video calls. You will manage leads across multiple time zones, ensuring meetings are booked accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads and arrange video meetings with sales consultants.
• Coordinate schedules across different time zones to secure suitable meeting times.
• Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate records of booked meetings and lead interactions.
• Support the sales team by providing relevant lead information prior to meetings.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset and solid problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, especially handling multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Prior experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
