Remote Appointment Setter – Lead Generation & Cold Calling

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to drive business growth by initiating and managing client interactions for the UK market. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from a quiet home office while supporting lead generation and appointment scheduling efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted lead generation to identify potential clients and decision‑makers.
• Make high‑volume cold calls to UK prospects, demonstrating an understanding of British accents and communication styles.
• Apply proven sales prospecting and objection‑handling techniques to engage prospects.
• Schedule appointments that align with both client and sales representative availability.
• Implement follow‑up strategies to nurture leads until appointments are confirmed.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow‑up actions using tracking tools.
• Work independently, managing time to meet daily and weekly targets.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Familiarity with the insurance sector or similar lead‑generation environments is a plus.
• Strong self‑discipline, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple follow‑ups.
