Remote B2B Calling Agent – Lead Generation

About the role

Biz-Tech is expanding its remote sales team and is looking for motivated B2B Calling Agents. You will work from home, contacting potential business clients worldwide to introduce our services and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Present company services in a professional manner.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow‑up actions.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication.
• Confidence handling outbound calls and dealing with rejection.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
• Strong listening and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work night shifts consistently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
