Remote Candidate Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Candidate Interviewer to support our growing recruitment team. In this fully remote position you will conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide applicants through the next steps of our hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of scheduled phone interviews with prospective candidates.
• Review candidate work history, qualifications, and communication skills using established interview guidelines.
• Ask standardized screening questions and accurately document candidate responses.
• Explain job responsibilities, expectations, and hiring processes to applicants.
• Evaluate candidate eligibility against company hiring criteria.
• Schedule qualified candidates for further interviews with recruiters or hiring managers.
• Update applicant records in the applicant tracking system and CRM.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly interviewing and scheduling targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication and active listening skills.
• Professional phone presence with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple interviews throughout the day.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, customer service, or outbound calling is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
