Remote Caregiver Recruiter for US Home Care

About the role

SRK Care at Home is looking for a remote Caregiver Recruiter based in Pakistan to support its U.S. home‑care operations. The recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle for caregivers, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while coordinating with the U.S. team across time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Source caregivers and other home‑care candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants by phone or video to assess experience, availability, communication skills and interest.
• Schedule interviews with the U.S. hiring team and maintain regular follow‑up with candidates.
• Verify references, certifications, background checks and onboarding documentation.
• Keep accurate candidate records and provide updates on open positions and recruiting progress.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified caregivers for current and future openings.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of recruiting experience, preferably hiring caregivers or other healthcare staff for U.S. employers.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with U.S. candidates and work across time zones.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems and virtual interview tools.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up and candidate relationship management.
• Understanding of U.S. caregiver hiring requirements is a plus.
