Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. Working from anywhere, you will act as a Brand Concierge, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, recovering abandoned carts, and increasing overall order value.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts and provide personalized incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage post‑purchase communication via email and chat to nurture loyalty and upsell relevant products.
• Offer product recommendations based on customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Resolve routine inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining a high level of trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven ability to persuade and convert leads or recover sales.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking interactions.
