Remote Coding Instructor (K-12)

About the role

Codingal is seeking enthusiastic instructors to deliver live, interactive coding lessons to K-12 students worldwide. As a remote Coding Instructor, you will inspire young learners to explore programming, build confidence, and develop problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach coding concepts live through Codingal’s online platform, ensuring lessons are fun, age‑appropriate, and engaging.
• Inspire curiosity by guiding students to create apps, games, and websites.
• Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share updates and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training, curriculum updates, and teacher development programs.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications or equivalent (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, etc.).
• Strong programming fundamentals and comfort with at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Scratch, or Java.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
• Teaching experience in EdTech, tutoring, or classroom settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with K‑12 computer‑science pedagogy and a growth mindset are desirable.
