About the role

Vibit is seeking a confident, experienced Cold Caller to join its fully remote team. You will handle outbound calls, understand client needs, and maintain professional relationships while representing the company.

Key responsibilities

• Make professional outbound calls to customers, clients, or business contacts.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in fluent English, providing accurate information and guidance.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests effectively, and follow up on conversations.
• Update customer information and call details in company systems, maintaining accurate records.
• Schedule calls, meetings, or follow‑ups as required and work independently in a remote environment.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in cold calling, telesales, call‑center, or client‑facing roles.
• Fluent spoken English with strong communication and listening skills.
• Professional and confident telephone manner, able to handle difficult conversations calmly.
• Self‑motivated with good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a suitable remote working environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems or communication tools (preferred).
