Remote Customer Relations Representative

About the role

We are looking for a professional, relationship‑focused Remote Customer Relations Representative to join our growing remote team. You will engage prospective customers, create strong first impressions, answer general inquiries, and schedule appointments for licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing software.
• Build positive relationships with prospects through professional, consultative conversations.
• Explain available services, respond to general questions, and qualify interested individuals.
• Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents and accurately update call outcomes in the CRM.
• Resolve basic customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
• Assist with additional customer relations and administrative tasks as assigned.
