Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

The company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join its support team. You will interact with international customers, primarily from the UK and US, handling inquiries through phone, email and live chat while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via phone, email and live chat within defined response times.
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing and processes.
• Enter and edit orders in the CRM/help‑desk system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Track order status and deliver timely updates to customers.
• Resolve complaints professionally and follow up to guarantee issue closure.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to reduce errors.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and service standards.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to serve international clients, especially from the UK and US.
• Excellent problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and active‑listening abilities.
• Fast typing speed, multitasking capability and solid time‑management.
• Basic technical troubleshooting aptitude.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with difficult customers.
