Remote Customer Support & Outreach Representative

About the role

Forge, a specialist accounting and financial services provider in the UAE, is expanding its remote team in Pakistan. The role focuses on outbound communication with businesses to introduce and promote Forge’s services, building relationships with decision‑makers and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Call companies and present Forge’s accounting and financial solutions.
• Explain services clearly and professionally to business owners and decision‑makers.
• Identify client needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain professional communication, and record outreach details.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets and report progress to the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of Forge in all interactions.

Required profile

• Confident and comfortable speaking with businesses.
• Fluent, professional English with a clear accent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to continuously learn and improve.
