Remote Data Scientist – Python

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Data Scientist with strong Python expertise to develop, train, and optimise AI models for a global technology leader. You will work closely with researchers, annotators, and product teams to evaluate model performance, refine reward models, and create high‑quality task‑specific datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient Python code for training and optimisation of AI models.
• Conduct systematic evaluations to benchmark model performance and analyse results for continuous improvement.
• Rank AI model responses to user queries across diverse domains, ensuring alignment with predefined criteria.
• Produce clear, technical explanations and rationales for evaluation outcomes.
• Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, including the creation and maintenance of high‑quality datasets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data science and machine learning.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from public data sources.
• Excellent written communication, especially in Jupyter notebooks or similar formats.
• Attention to detail in bug fixing and technical documentation.
