Remote DevOps Engineer (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes)

About the role

Vector Solutions is seeking a Remote DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain automated, scalable infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering reliable CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration and Infrastructure as Code solutions to support rapid product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
• Create and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools.
• Deploy, orchestrate and monitor containerised applications with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Set up monitoring and logging solutions such as Grafana to proactively detect issues.
• Automate repetitive tasks and configuration management to improve efficiency.
• Maintain version control using Git and ensure codebase integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise infrastructure needs and respond quickly to incidents.
• Document infrastructure changes, deployment processes and operational procedures.
• Embed security best practices into all deployment workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive attitude toward production issues.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
