Remote Dialer / Appointment Setter (Remote)

About the role

Are you confident on the phone, persuasive in conversation, and driven to succeed? We’re looking for a Remote Caller / Appointment Setter with strong sales ability to help us grow and connect with more clients—all from the comfort of your own home.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350+ outbound dials daily using our state-of-the-art power dialer.
• Speak confidently with prospects, set qualified appointments, and sell the value of our services.
• Follow up promptly on callbacks and warm leads.
• Use our mobile dialer app to stay flexible and connected even while on the go.
• Track conversations and outcomes with accuracy in our CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Exceptional phone communication skills—clear, confident, and professional (neutral or US‑style accent preferred).
• Proven ability in sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑driven; able to work independently and hit daily/weekly goals.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
