Remote Digital Marketing & Sales Representative (Commission Based)

About the role

We are looking for a self‑driven professional to join Morphe Labs remotely as a Digital Marketing & Sales Representative. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and converting them into sales for our AI‑automation and blockchain solutions, working on a 100 % commission basis.

Key responsibilities

• Research and scrape data to build targeted prospect lists across multiple industries.
• Conduct high‑volume cold outreach via email, WhatsApp, text and phone calls.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media content and paid ads.
• Manage leads through CRM pipelines, nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align marketing messages with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, digital marketing or a call‑center environment.
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
