Remote Excel Analyst – Data Analysis Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Excel Analyst on a contract basis to support a global leader in the Information Services industry. The analyst will work independently, using Microsoft Excel to clean, transform, and visualise data, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources into structured Excel workbooks.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy.
• Develop pivot tables, charts, and interactive dashboards to present key metrics.
• Analyse trends and patterns to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data quality.
• Effective communication skills for presenting findings.
