Savvital is seeking a Remote Front Desk Officer to serve as the virtual face and voice for one of its high‑growth international clients. This fully remote, client‑facing position is essential for creating a professional first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Monitor and respond to emails and online inquiries promptly.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room slots.
• Provide general information about the company’s products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
• Coordinate virtual ordering of office supplies and administrative essentials.
• Assist with meeting logistics, including on‑site lunch orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational harmony.

Required profile

• Proven experience in receptionist, customer‑service, or administrative support roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Flawless verbal and written English communication with a polite, confident speaking voice.
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Familiarity with virtual phone systems and basic office productivity tools.
