Remote Frontend Engineer – JavaScript

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Engineer to join a leading technology and IT consulting firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and enhancing user‑facing features for a platform that connects global talent with AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Implement responsive, accessible UI components that follow the company’s design system.
• Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and troubleshoot performance issues.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with React or a comparable frontend framework.
• Familiarity with state‑management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and modern CSS techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
