Remote Go Developer – Contract (USD 30-90/hr)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Go Developer to join a global software development leader on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while building high‑performance microservices and APIs that power real‑time data processing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize backend services using Go.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring architectural consistency and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system stability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Go (Golang) development experience.
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong grasp of concurrency, data structures, and algorithms in Go.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
