Remote Lawyer – Full‑time Legal Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Remote Lawyer to provide legal advice and support for a global technology leader. The position involves working across multiple jurisdictions to protect the company’s interests and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
• Advise internal teams on corporate governance, regulatory matters, and transactional issues.
• Conduct legal research to identify potential liabilities and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve day‑to‑day legal challenges.
• Represent the organization in dispute resolution or legal proceedings when required.

Required profile
