Remote Learning Specialist – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a remote Learning Specialist on a contract basis to design, develop, and deliver training programs for a global workforce. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that learning content aligns with business objectives and drives measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update training materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Facilitate virtual and, when required, in‑person training sessions for employees and external partners.
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback surveys and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to create accurate, engaging, and up‑to‑date learning content.
• Maintain comprehensive records of participation, certifications, and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in corporate training or educational content development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience using authoring tools for e‑learning content creation.
