Remote LLM Trainer (Programmer)

About the role

Turing is looking for a remote programmer to act as an LLM Trainer, focusing on validating and improving the quality of training data used in agentic AI systems. You will work with function‑calling workflows, ensuring datasets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with cutting‑edge AI requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI researchers to align data with agentic use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guides for dataset preparation and validation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language suitable for data handling and automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience working with JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
• Bonus: experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for agentic AI.
