Remote LLM Trainer – Programming & Data Validation

About the role

We are looking for a remote LLM Trainer with strong programming skills to validate and ensure the quality of training data used in cutting‑edge agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to create structured JSON tasks and maintain data integrity across large‑scale datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and enforce strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to align datasets with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guidelines for dataset preparation and validation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or any programming language for data handling and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Expertise in handling JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP best practices.
• Bonus: experience with data annotation tools or prompt engineering for agentic AI.
