Remote LLM Trainer (Programming & Data Validation)

About the role

Turing is seeking a remote LLM Trainer with strong programming skills to validate and improve training data for agentic AI systems. You will work closely with AI researchers to ensure datasets are accurate, consistent, and aligned with cutting‑edge model requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Validate large‑scale training datasets and maintain strict quality standards.
• Create, manipulate, and structure JSON tasks for function‑calling workflows.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to align data with agentic AI use cases.
• Monitor data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple projects.
• Contribute to documentation and best‑practice guidelines for dataset preparation.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java or any other programming language for data handling and workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of SQL for querying and managing datasets.
• Experience working with JSON data structures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Interest or exposure to agentic AI, large language models, or NLP.
