About the role

We are seeking a Remote Management Consultant to help a global information services leader streamline operational processes across distributed teams. This contract position focuses on evaluating current management frameworks, designing standardized procedures, and tracking performance metrics to drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assess existing management frameworks and pinpoint execution gaps.
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures for remote teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and produce regular productivity reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to align practices with strategic objectives.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to automate workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management or business process optimization.
