About the role

We are seeking a Management Consultant to work remotely on a contract basis, helping a global information services leader streamline operational processes across distributed teams. The role focuses on evaluating current management frameworks, creating standardized procedures, and driving performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate existing management frameworks and identify execution gaps.
• Develop and document standardized operating procedures for remote teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and generate productivity reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to align practices with strategic objectives.
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to automate workflows.

Required profile
