Remote Notion Expert – Contract (USD 20‑70/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Notion Expert to join a leading AI company on a contract basis. The specialist will use their deep knowledge of Notion to support data annotation and workflow management that helps train next‑generation AI models. No prior AI experience is required – your expertise with Notion is the key.

Key responsibilities

• Work daily in Notion to complete assigned annotation and organization tasks with high accuracy.
• Structure, label, and prepare content within Notion databases for AI training pipelines.
• Identify bottlenecks in Notion‑based workflows and propose practical improvements.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and optimise Notion usage.
• Document processes and keep all records up‑to‑date in the Notion workspace.
• Provide actionable feedback on Notion interface design and organization to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven daily use of Notion for workflow management and data annotation.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities to spot and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing insights and collaborating remotely.
